Jacob likes to cook. He’s good at it. He pulls ingredients out of the air and makes them work together perfectly. No recipes. Just goodness. Especially when it comes to wings, burgers or anything breakfasty. Mmmm…
Last night, he made wings. And he wrote down his recipe. And they were delicious.
He used this recipe as a marinade, and then reduced it down to make a nice, thick sauce. So good. Great practice for all the summer parties I plan to throw once we move to the house.
Apple Cider Vinegar Wing Sauce
used for about 2lbs of wings and legs
- 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c (scant) Cholula
- 1/4 c Worcheshire
- 2 Tlb Sriracha chili garlic sauce
- Habanero sauce to taste!
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c white sugar
Mix together and use as a marinade. Grill or bake to your liking while you reduce the sauce over med-low heat. Brush meat with sauce. Enjoy the magic.
